Hungry flames

Always needed, Always there
A weekend without a home, thats what happened to a family in Diepsloot, we were there to help them. The flames ate up the shack plus a child, a child was burnt to death in the shack. The family is still struggling to raise funds to bury the child and we appeal to donors to continue helping us so as to be able to help people during these unfortunate events. Blankets and matresses recieved by the survivors are part of the donation from the Nedbank foundation. We still appeal to generous donors to help us help this family.

George Goch Inferno

Always needed, Always there
A quite night turned into a mini Channobyl as 43 Shacks went up in flames. 115 people suffered as they lost their houses and all belongings. When we arrived only corrugated iron was left and residents were trying to rebuild their shacks. The SA Red cross Johannesburg Metro, helped them by handing out blankets and clothing. It is becoming very difficult to help since we had to help during urban attacks( xenophobic attacks). Our resources where streched to the limit, we now have no stocks to help with. we appeal to generous donors to donate at any SA Red Cross branches across the country. All donations are needed so as to be able to help those in need.
